We also think another key to a good design is to look at a problem from different perspectives. This is often much easier for us than our clients as we are not so close to the problem. We also tend to take a grounded approach and seek to find solutions that are as simple and elegant as possible as we know that these kind of designs tend to be more reliable and easier to implement - therefore reducing commercial risk and development timescales.
